Client :	Nilaya Hermitage
Area :	2 acres
Brief :	Seven star resort belonging to the Nilaya Group in Goa on a private beach.
Concept :	A thousand year Balwantgarh fort to be restored as a resort. The concept is to redefine “Luxury”, room sizes are 60’ x 20’, all overlooking the sea. Exclusivity is maintained by having only 15 rooms in this 2 acre area.
